Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesSo far, it’s been a great new home for myself and my puppy. The space around property is nice to be able to walk her around, and having 2 dog parks on property is massive when bad weather comes and we can’t travel.

|Recommended: YesI don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt like this was worth sharing. Living here has been a really solid experience overall. The office staff, especially Mary and Rizwan, have always been professional, patient, and genuinely helpful anytime I’ve had questions or needed assistance.
One thing I really appreciate is how responsive the maintenance team is. Issues are handled in a timely manner, and you can tell they take pride in their work instead of just doing quick fixes.
The community itself is kept up well, and it’s nice to feel like management actually cares about the residents and the environment we’re living in. That makes a big difference.
Overall, I’m satisfied with my experience here and would definitely recommend it to others looking for a place to call home.

Recently, I have noticed much more noise, marijuana smoke odors, and children in the street without adult supervision. However, I want to emphasize that when problems are reported, the condominium does take action.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI ve only been here for a week but I love it here. The apartments are spacious, my kids get along with all the kids in the neighborhood, and everything is so close. When I first arrived I needed some things done in the house and maintenance was so quick.

The office staff is nice and I like that they do activities to include the residents. That is a way to build relationships and make new friends.
