Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI ve only been here for a week but I love it here. The apartments are spacious, my kids get along with all the kids in the neighborhood, and everything is so close. When I first arrived I needed some things done in the house and maintenance was so quick.

The office staff is nice and I like that they do activities to include the residents. That is a way to build relationships and make new friends.

Review From Modern Message|Recommended: YesI am glad to move in The administrator was very professional, introducing and explaining the apartment types we needed, and then leading us to see the rooms. We were happy to listen to his explanations and introductions of the different apartment types and the community s facilities such as the swimming pool and gym. Ultimately, we chose a place we were very satisfied with With the administrator s help, we filled out forms and verified some information and documents. The next step of the check-in process was quick, and the approval time was also short we received a reply the next day and successfully signed the move-in contract and received the keys We also received the move-in discount policy So we are very happy to move in We would like to express our gratitude to the community for the convenience provided Thank you to the community management for their warm assistance We will be living here long-term

The appliances and carpets were new when we moved in, The maintenance and the staff is great and I've had no problems at all
