|Recommended: YesProperty Manager Mary Montelbano — Always goes above and beyond to help solve many issues with Residents, especially from Residents that are rude and completely out of order. Always professional and courteous despite problem residents persistent lack of control. She does an amazing job at keeping the entire property together, even in overwhelming circumstances.
|Recommended: YesJust moved here about a month now and I love how quiet it is and any stores you might need is just about 5 to 10 minutes away. Also with everything going on you’re still treated with respect and I would definitely recommend these apartments.

You can tell that they care about the people that live here, they are prideful, extremely friendly and easy to talk to. I know when I am being taken care of. I have lived in apartment complexes where the front office dodges you, puts off resolving any issues and gives you attitude - this ain’t that Christopher is the maintenance man and he has gone above and beyond at resolving any and every issue I have encountered. I feel safe here and I am happy to call this place home. Thank you all

|Recommended: YesOld but improving — Royal Breeze I’ve heard from people who were born and raised in FL that it’s an old apartment. Little hesitant to move in at first but they have improved a lot. They paved their parking, new roof just got done last year, and the location is great. Clearwater mall to the left, Best Buy and other retail stores to the right, and Walmart just 5min away. Sam’s club it’s literally across the way and you’re close to the airport. It’s the location that got me sold but it’s the place that got me staying. Also, it’s quit, the people here respect one another and the community. The only con is that some not a lot but just some don’t seem to figure out how to use the trash compactor. The maintenance crew has been great in cleaning up after such individuals. Overall a great community for families as well.
