|Recommended: YesWonderful Place to Live — I loved living here so much I moved back twice. We loved living here and if we were not moving to a house we would stay here forever. It is such a great community and very family oriented. Awesome pools and great living space. It is in the center of everything so it makes it convenient to get to where ever you need to go.

|Recommended: YesNice faculty, good price, but repairs and upgrades are needed — Living here is quite nice for the most part. Neighbors are generally friendly, staff is friendly and maintenance is quick to fix things. But the buildings themselves, and their innards, like the rusty pipes, and the windows and doors that aren't properly insulated and sealed and don't keep the cold air in or the hot heat out very well at all, you can feel a royal breeze around every window and door, making electric bills much higher than necessary, and the temperatures vary quite a bit from the front door of the apartment to the back bedrooms. The outside shingles and roofs of the buildings are constantly blowing off during storms and often pieces are left hanging for months before getting taken care of. You can also hear every footstep, every chair that is dragged across the floor, and every shower taken from upstairs neighbors. What makes all these issues bearable, is the low price of rent compared to others in the area, and the generally friendly staff in the front office and their maintenance workers.
